WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COMPLETED PHOTO GALLERY?

My average turnaround time for a gallery is 2-3 weeks. However, turnaround time may vary based on factors such as the season, session type (some require more detailed retouching), the number of final images agreed upon, and your position in the editing queue.

For weddings, galleries are typically delivered within 6–8 weeks, though this timeframe may be shorter during slower seasons.

HOW MANY PICTURES WILL I RECEIVE IN MY PHOTO GALLERY?

Each session package is custom-tailored, and the number of edited photos you receive will be based on the agreed upon minimum we discuss during our planning conversation. I do my absolute best to return this number of edited images.

WILL I RECEIVE THE UNEDITED IMAGES (RAW) AS WELL? CAN I EDIT THE PHOTOS?

Because Jenna Brookins Photography owns the images and they are a reflection of my brand, unedited (RAW) images will not be provided. I also ask that you please do not alter or edit the photos received in your final gallery in any way. If you would like revisions to any of the photos you receive in your final gallery, please let me know and I will be happy to help!

DO YOU EXCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

I do not accept credit cards at this time. Accepted methods of payment include cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining amount will be due on your scheduled session date.

WHO OWNS THE IMAGES FROM MY SESSION?

You will receive an online gallery, printing rights, and use for social media accounts, but Jenna Brookins Photography owns the copyright to all images.

WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

Things come up! Kids get sick, weather doesn't cooperate - and I totally understand these things. The 50% deposit you paid prior to booking is non-refundable, but I am always happy to reschedule another session for a later date!
